Since every order is a custom handmade masterpiece, we do not offer or accept returns for change of mind unless the error was on our end.
Mada, Visa, MasterCard The amount is refunded via the card, and in some cases it is transferred by bank to the customer’s account.
STC PAY The amount is refunded directly to the customer's account.
Bank transfer or Cash on delivery The customer will be contacted by customer service to request an Albilad bank account in order to recover the amount. If there is another bank, there will be a transfer fee to a different bank of 7.5 riyals.
CANCELLATION
We unable to accept cancellation after order has been made due to production timelines and automatic production processes.
MODIFICATION
We highly suggest contacting Customer Service with questions or concerns before submitting your order with us! Contact Customer Service for any modifications within 30 minutes of submission.
Please note that not all modification requests can be met. And once an order has entered production, we cannot do any modification or change that order.
It is important to prepare your print so that you get the results you expect. Our ordering wizard will guide you through the process of ordering your print but here are some things you should keep in mind:
Make sure your image has the correct color profile attached to it. The 2 most common profiles are sRGB and adobe 1998. If you do not have a color profile attached to your image, your results might look a bit differently than they appear on your screen.
Our ICC profiles are among the best in the industry. With that said, there are many factors that come into play when dealing with colors. Colors will always appear slightly different on your screen than they do in person, especially if your monitor is not calibrated.
REPLACEMENNT
Make sure to inspect your Print as soon as you receive it. Check for any damage just in case we need to send a replacement, we will be able to have one out to you as soon as possible.
If your print arrived damaged upon delivery, please use the below form or contact customer services and attach up to 5 photos on the damaged print.
Please include at least 3 pictures of the actual damage on the print showing a close up of the damage, a distant photo showing the entire print with damage and 2 images of the actual damage to the packaging. This is so we can process the claim with logistics. Please do not discard of the damaged print until you receive your replacement.
